Maskarade 2014

MASKARADE is an annual gala themed as a masked event. It aims to enlighten the community about the stigma attached to HIV/AIDS and those touched by the disease, including their families, friends and caregivers.

On Thursday, February 13, 2014, 350 VIP guests came together for an evening of entertainment and generosity in support of the Farha Foundation.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our MASKARADE 2014 gala, ELIXIR. This year’s theme, Elixir aimed to create magical solidarity, like a potion.

Thanks to our generous donors, guests, sponsors, volunteers and entertainment, we raised $250,000. These funds will contribute to the Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of lives of those living with HIV/AIDS in Quebec.

Everyone who attended MASKARADE 2014 displayed a truecommitment to honouring those that we have lost to this terrible disease. These generous individuals are helping us make a difference in the lives of the some 20,000 Quebecers living with HIV/AIDS.
